In fact, with no less than four unique marriage rooms licensed for civil ceremonies and partnerships, the only slight hitch is that the bride and groom may find themselves spoilt for choice!
One of the most popular settings is the romantic Rose Room – a lovingly restored glass gazebo that is a focal point of our award-winning gardens, set in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Couples who wish to tie the knot in an open-air ceremony will love the Island Gazebo, where the bride can make a magical entrance over a wooden bridge or even by sailing across the stunning lake.
For a truly grand affair, there is also the magnificent Desborough Suite (festooned with ivory drapes to resemble a grand marquee) or the sophisticated Iris Suite – each sparkling under a starlit ceiling.
Civil ceremonies, alternative celebrations and civil partnerships can be booked seven days a week at Rookery Manor in Edingworth, near Weston-super-Mare – with a choice of weddings to suit any budget.
Our chefs can cater for receptions of all sizes (from an informal buffet to a five-course banquet) in the Desborough or Iris suites. There is also the stylish Rookery Bistro for couples who prefer a smaller, more intimate affair.
For overnight accommodation, your guests will enjoy staying at our 30 bedroom, 4-star hotel – and the Diamond Bridal Suite, featuring a four-poster bed and spa bath, is just perfect for your wedding night.

Open Evenings
Start planning your wedding at a Rookery Manor open evening from 6pm to 8pm on Thursdays. It is a wonderful opportunity to discover our magical marriage rooms, magnificent reception suites and award-winning gardens. Rookery Retreat & Spa will be open, so you are welcome to have a look around – and maybe even book a fabulous beauty treat or your hen party.
